As Vice President of EPMO and Diversity, Adrienne uses her more than 10 years of program and project management, customer journey, and leadership experience to help SHC strategically navigate business and process improvements that are key to the organization’s success. Adrienne and team are focused on building the program and project management discipline within SHC and directly managing new and ongoing strategic projects.
Adrienne’s prior experience includes roles in the financial services industry with American Express and in healthcare staffing with CHG Healthcare, a leader in the space. While at American Express, Adrienne obtained her Six-Sigma Black Belt to drive multiple process improvement efforts, resulting in multi-million-dollar cost savings for the company.
During her career, Adrienne has led initiatives touching on many critical business areas, including customer experience, data management, sales and marketing, contract administration and establishing enterprise-level operational standards.
Adrienne joined SHC in 2022 and currently lives in Utah.
