SHC WeConnect FAQ
SHC matches jobs to you based on the discipline, specialty, facility type, job type, shift preference, city state radius and minimum estimated weekly gross pay. Follow these steps to update your preferences:
- From the Home Screen, select Profile in the top right (the person icon).
- Click Edit in the top right.
- Scroll down, and you’ll see your Job Matching Preferences, starting with discipline.
- Click to update any of the fields to update your Job Matching Preferences.
- When done, click Save in the top right.
- Click Opportunities at the bottom of the screen.
- View the Available tab to see your new matched jobs!
With your Job Matching Preferences set up in SHC WeConnect, you will be notified within seconds of matched jobs being available for you.
