Supplemental Health Care established a preceptor program composed of licensed RNs from our Quality Assurance team to provide critical nurse supervision and leadership. In addition to upskilling and ongoing coaching, our team provides hands-on training for nurse supervisors in areas such as diabetes management, G-tube care, and vision/hearing screenings.
