Planned System Outage: January 17–19

Supplemental Health Care will be conducting a critical system upgrade starting Friday, January 17 at 10:00 PM EST, and continuing through Sunday, January 19 at 10:00 PM EST.

During this time, the following systems will be temporarily unavailable through the SHC WeConnect mobile app and online portal:

  • Time Submission Portal
  • Paystubs & Tax Forms
  • Profile
  • Skills Checklists
  • Benefits Enrollment & Management

Users may encounter an outage notification page if attempting to access any impacted system during this window.

How To Prepare

Submit Time Early

For SHC professionals on assignment, if your last shift of the week occurs before the maintenance window, please submit your timecard in advance of the outage. Note that automated timecard reminders will be disabled during the outage but will resume once systems are back online.

Download Paystubs in Advance

Paystubs for the week ending Sunday, January 12, will be accessible in the Payroll Center by Thursday, January 16. Be sure to download any necessary documents prior to the outage.
