Before joining SHC, he held key leadership roles at Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s top travel nursing firms, where he successfully guided sales and recruiting teams to significant achievements.

Scott’s expertise includes MSP (Managed Service Provider) sales and expansion, showcasing his ability to craft and execute strategic solutions tailored to complex client needs. Known for his innovative approach to healthcare staffing, Scott plays a pivotal role in advancing SHC’s mission to deliver world-class support to healthcare and education partners across the country.

Scott earned his degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and currently resides in Denver, CO, with his family.
