Supplemental Health Care’s Chief Sales Officer Presents at ASA’s THRIVE Event

THRIVE 2021: Elevating & Empowering Women in Staffing offers a collaborative two-day event for women seeking to grow their careers in the staffing world and learn important lessons about leadership and life. Byington, along with two other women in leadership, will be speaking about their careers and experiences to offer inspiration to attendees in different career stages.

Melissa Byington began her career in the staffing industry as a physician recruiter, going on to help lead some of the largest healthcare staffing organizations in the U.S. and serving as president of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO).

She has been recognized by multiple publications in the healthcare space and beyond, including Utah Business magazine’s “30 Women to Watch” as well as Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA)’s Staffing 100 and Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing lists. Beyond her professional role as a staffing industry leader, Melissa has contributed to multiple philanthropic missions and served on the board of charitable organizations.

Melissa will share her own inspiring story about pivotal moments in her career and the decisions that have shaped her life, and the lives of those around her.
