Supplemental Health Care’s Chief Sales Officer Discusses Pay Inequity in the Staffing Industry

PARK CITY, UTAH, October 21, 2021 – Supplemental Health Care (SHC)’s Chief Sales Officer, Melissa Byington, will be participating in American Staffing Association (ASA)’s panel discussion on Pay Inequity in the Staffing Industry.

The webinar will center around the staffing industry’s challenge with pay inequity for women and people of color. Leslie Vickrey of ClearEdge Marketing will moderate a panel of senior executives around the topic. Eric Gregg of ClearlyRated will review some data around pay inequity in the industry, followed by a discussion with panelists about trends in pay and recommendations for improving pay equity in the staffing industry.

This webinar is open to ASA members and non-members and is designed for staffing, recruiting, sales, and business development professionals. ASA is putting on this webinar in partnership with the Women’s Business Collaborative, Staffing Industry Analysts, TechServe Alliance, and the National Association of Personnel Services. It qualifies for 1.0 hour of CE toward maintaining your ASA credential and is valid for 1.0 PDC for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
