SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, August 25, 2022 – Supplemental Health Care (SHC) is proud to announce the promotion of Kelly Mahannah to President of Workforce Solutions. As Workforce Solutions President, Kelly will expand her leadership over SHC’s workforce planning and custom solution design for the full continuum of care within healthcare as well as school client partners across the United States.
Kelly has served as Senior Vice President of Workforce Solutions at SHC for nearly four years and has led the successful implementation, design, and deployment of the company’s managed service provider programs. Under Kelly’s leadership, SHC’s MSP programs have expanded 412% to more than $370 million of annual managed spend.
With over 25 years of healthcare staffing industry expertise, Kelly is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges that healthcare institutions face in finding quality candidates and ensuring successful workforce strategies. She previously worked at AMN Healthcare and Healthcor where she participated in managed MSP programs valued at more than $2 billion. Today, she is considered one of the industry’s foremost experts in healthcare workforce solutions, having participated in over 500 MSP engagements.
