Supplemental Health Care Names Ms. Lesa Francis as President and Chief Executive Officer

PARK CITY, UTAH (June 27, 2016) — Supplemental Health Care, a portfolio company of The Vistria Group and a leading provider of healthcare workforce solutions, announced the appointment of Lesa Francis as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Francis has extensive experience and success in staffing, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Staffmark, a role she assumed in 2011. Ms. Francis has also been named by Glassdoor as one of the highest rated CEOs nationwide and is one of only four women to receive the honor this year. She has consistently been selected as one of the Staffing 100 most influential and is also currently the Chairman of the American Staffing Association.

Lesa replaces Stephen Ure who will retire but remain as a senior adviser to the Company. “I am very excited Lesa is joining Supplemental Health Care as my successor as Chief Executive. Prior to being named CEO of Staffmark, Ms. Francis served as the President of Staffmark Holdings, Inc. (CBS Personnel Holdings Inc.) since November 2009 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer since 2006. Ms. Francis served as Executive Vice President of Branch Operations for Medical Staffing Network Holdings Inc. from 2005-2006. From 1991 to 2005, Ms. Francis served in various leadership roles for the staffing services business of Spherion Corporation. Ms. Francis received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University.
