Our Care More Spirit at SHC

What an amazing year here at Supplemental Health Care! We have much to be proud of:

  • Earning our second Best of Staffing® Award for both Client and Talent satisfaction AND getting our first World Class Service designation.
  • Being recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the largest healthcare, Allied, Per Diem, and Travel staffing firms in the country. Our fifth year on this list speaks to our growth and outstanding reputation in our industry.
  • We welcomed Vickie Anenberg, one of the most respected and visionary leaders in healthcare staffing to our executive team.
  • Earning and keeping the trust of thousands of healthcare providers, schools, clinics, and the talented healthcare professionals we work with every day.

As proud as I am of our growth and national recognition, what I’m most proud and grateful for is the care shown by each member of our SHC team. Here at SHC, we talk a lot about Care More, but what does that really mean? It means a team member working through the weekend to assist a travel nurse whose flight was delayed. It means bake sales to raise money for breast cancer research. It means coming together when an office is hit by a tornado. It means taking the time to find the perfect job for a physical therapist who really wants to work with kids. It means hundreds of small acts every day across the country as we work to make sure that our healthcare professionals, clients, and team members experience the SHC difference.

And in the spirit of the holidays, our SHC team members are showing their caring spirit by volunteering their time at Ronald McDonald Houses nationwide. SHC is also proud to announce that we are making a donation to Toys for Tots in honor of our healthcare professionals, clients, and team. Our hope is that we can make this a brighter holiday for a lot of people.

I consider it one of the greatest privileges of my life to work alongside our SHC team members. How fortunate am I to get to work with people who give their all to everything they do. They inspire me to give my best.

To the talented caregivers who are compassionately providing the highest quality of care and to each member of the SHC team, I wish you and your families a joyous holiday season and a new year filled with peace, health, and prosperity.
